For Sellers & Suppliers

Genuine supply, assessed and introduced where the fit is sound.

If you hold genuine, available supply, VIVAR evaluates the opportunity and seeks suitable qualified buyers, supporting the development and coordination of a transaction where the fit is sound.

How VIVAR Works

01

Supply intake and validation

Your offer is captured in a structured form: product, origin, specification, available quantity, Incoterm and loading location. VIVAR validates the offer before it is taken further.

02

Requirement matching

Qualified supply is considered against the buyer requirements VIVAR is working with. Matching is judged on fit — specification, volume, timing and commercial basis.

03

Buyer introductions

Where there is a sound fit, VIVAR introduces qualified buyers. Introductions are made selectively, and only after the counterparty review.

04

Development and coordination

VIVAR supports commercial alignment and documentary coordination between the parties, and the coordination of logistics and inspection where applicable.

What Helps Supply Progress

Supply VIVAR can work with.

  • A defined product and specification
  • Origin and available quantity
  • Supply schedule and loading location or port
  • Pricing basis and Incoterm
  • Inspection arrangements
  • The seller's legal identity and authority to sell

Counterparty Qualification

Suppliers are reviewed before any introduction. VIVAR works with sellers able to establish who they are, their authority to sell, and that the supply is real and available.

Counterparty standards

Commercial Expectations

Introductions are selective and follow the counterparty review. A submission does not guarantee a buyer, a transaction or a volume, and each offer is assessed on its merits. VIVAR acts as a commodity broker: it is not the buyer of the goods and does not take title to them. Brokerage arrangements are agreed separately for each transaction, and an enquiry does not create a brokerage agreement or any commission obligation.

Offer Supply

First contact asks only for commercial basics. Please do not send bank details, identity documents or other confidential documentation at this stage.
