Your requirement is captured in a structured form: product, specification, quantity, destination, delivery timing and commercial basis. A clear requirement is the foundation of everything that follows.

Sourcing and supplier identification

VIVAR identifies potential supply across international supplier markets and qualifies suppliers against your requirement before any introduction is made.

Transaction development

Where a supplier fits, VIVAR supports the development of the transaction: commercial alignment, negotiation support and the structure between the parties.

Coordination

VIVAR supports the coordination of documentation, logistics and inspection where applicable, so that a transaction can move from agreed terms towards completion in an orderly way.

Each requirement is assessed on its merits. A submission does not guarantee that supply will be found, and no pricing, financing or transaction outcome is guaranteed. VIVAR acts as a commodity broker: it is not the seller of the goods and does not own them. Brokerage arrangements are agreed separately for each transaction, and an enquiry does not create a brokerage agreement or any commission obligation.
