• Role. VIVAR ASSET MANAGEMENT W.L.L. acts as a commodity broker and intermediary for physical commodities. It operates purely as a logistics and trade facilitator and never takes legal or beneficial title to any underlying physical inventory. It is not the buyer or seller, does not own or take title to the commodities, and does not assume commodity price or inventory risk. The underlying sale and purchase contract is between the buyer and the supplier.
• No guarantee. VIVAR does not guarantee that a buyer or supplier will be found, that an introduction will lead to a transaction, or any price, volume, financing or outcome.
• Commission. Brokerage commission, where payable, is agreed for each transaction in a separate written agreement. An enquiry or introduction does not create a brokerage agreement or any commission obligation. No brokerage, advisory, or introduction fee is due or payable unless explicitly executed under a separate, bilaterally signed Written Brokerage Agreement. This website does not state who bears any commission.
• Counterparty information. Information about a buyer or supplier is provided by that party. VIVAR does not warrant its accuracy, and each party is responsible for its own due diligence.
• Compliance. Each transaction is subject to applicable laws, sanctions, licensing and product-specific requirements, and may be declined or stopped.
• Scope. This website concerns the brokerage of physical commodities. It does not offer investment services, financial derivatives or other financial services, and VIVAR does not undertake investment activities on behalf of others.
• Counterparty identity. VIVAR discloses a party's identity or enquiry details to another party only where commercially appropriate and authorised by that party.
• Illustrative scope. Commodity categories shown on this website are examples of current commercial coverage, are not exhaustive, and are not an offer of goods.
