About VIVAR International Trade

A commodity brokerage connecting qualified buyers and suppliers.

Who we are
VIVAR International Trade is operated by VIVAR ASSET MANAGEMENT W.L.L., Kingdom of Bahrain, as part of VIVAR's international business activities.
What we do
International commodity brokerage. VIVAR acts as an intermediary between buyers and suppliers; it is not the buyer or seller of the goods and does not own them.
Who we serve
Qualified commodity buyers and suppliers.
How we work
Requirements, sourcing, counterparty assessment, introductions, commercial coordination and transaction support.
How we earn
Through agreed brokerage arrangements, documented for each transaction. An enquiry does not create a brokerage agreement or any commission obligation.

How We Work

A defined sequence, from intake to coordination.

VIVAR's operating process. These stages describe how VIVAR works; not every enquiry reaches every stage.

  1. 01

    Intake

A requirement or an offer of supply is submitted in structured form: product, specification, quantity, terms.

  2. 02

    Initial Validation

A commercial sense-check of the submission — specification, volume, timing and basis — before anything else is committed.

  3. 03

    Counterparty Review

Identity, authority and capability are reviewed before any introduction is made.

  4. 04

    Sourcing & Matching

Qualified counterparties are identified and, where appropriate, introduced to one another.

  5. 05

    Commercial Alignment

Support in bringing commercial terms between the parties into alignment.

  6. 06

    Documentation & Structure

Trade documentation and the transaction structure are coordinated, including Incoterm and payment instrument.

  7. 07

    Logistics & Inspection

Shipping, inspection and document flow are coordinated with the relevant providers.

  8. 08

    Transaction Coordination

Coordination of the transaction workstreams between the parties, towards completion.

Not every enquiry proceeds beyond validation. Progress depends on the requirement and the counterparties.

Representative Trade Activity

Buyer requirements and supplier sourcing.

Counterparty Standards

Serious counterparties, clearly established.

VIVAR works with counterparties able to show the following. Where they can, conversations move quickly.

  • Legal identityA verifiable legal entity.
  • AuthorityAuthority to buy, sell or represent.
  • Genuine requirement or supplyA real need, or real and available goods.
  • Product specificationA defined specification.
  • Commercial basisA clear commercial basis for the proposed transaction.
